1997 dodge ram with front noise in the belt area?

The noise is in the front of the motor, it's like a belt sqelling noise but I replaced the belt, tensioner pulley and the one in the front thats their for a guider "it just bolts right into the motor right next to the right of the tension pulley. I sprayed belt conditioner on the belt and the noise went away and came back after a good ride. Help thnaks

Try cleaning all the grooves on the other pulleys.
