Mini Peak

final fantasy 3-dragon's peak?

i've passed dragon's peak and desche has givin me his mini spell...how do i apply it to all four charachters?

it depends on the class but u only need one person who knows mini to shrink everyone
when the menu comes after clicking a spell (in ur case mini) up u can pick which character to shrink or click "use on all" or something like that

How can I fix the feedback problem with my pro tools mbox mini?

All I'm trying to do is record on two tracks. When I record the first one I can hear it fine but when it plays back all i hear is white noise and the meter peaks out even though the wave looks normal - it's driving me insane... can anyone suggest a fix?

My best guess is there's some kind of feedback loop going on but beyond that I'm stumped...
Thanks for the ideas, some I have tried, the others I'll give a shot. The weird thing is there shouldn't be any feedback because I'm only listening to what I've recorded through the mBox, there are no speakers. The track is definitely not record enabled, but i am trying to record on a separate track... i thought this was going to be easy

It could be because you are still on record-ready and whatever you are playing back is still getting picked up by the microphone. The sound from the speakers hit the microphone and create a feedback loop. It usually wouldn't be a white noise sounding feedback though and wouldn't happen unless there's noise in the room.

Make sure your I/O settings are set correctly in Pro Tools. Make sure the first outputs are going to A 1-2 or Analog 1-2. If you get confused, hit the Default button, shouldn't matter if you are only recording those 2 tracks.

Make sure you are 44.1 sample rate and 24 bit depth.

I guess for shits sake turn off record ready while you playback. I don't think that would be the problem but it's worth a shot.

Other than that it would be either a hardware problem or a bug in protools.
