Nitro Rc Engines What rc engine should i put in my nitro rustler?
i have an older nitro rustler and it has the TRX 2.5 racing engine, i want to upgrade that...what engine should i put in it if i want to race on a dirt track?? plz help
If you are going to race at a regular RC track, you will need a .12 engine to be legal in the expert classes. For most novice and sportsman classes, the stock 2.5(.15) is allowed. A good running, well tuned 2.5 is a screamer in a Rusty. Maybe you only need a rebuild. I definitely wouldn't put any bigger of an engine in it.
