Parts Upright
Sears Coldspot upright freezer motor?
We have a Sears Coldspot upright freezer which was here when we bought this house. When we plug it in, it makes noise and smoke comes out the back. Could it be the motor? Does this freezer have a motor which can be replaced as a separate unit, or is it part of the compressor? How much would a new motor cost? Or should we try to get a used one?
Yes they have motors with a fan blade attached that blows air over the compressor and condenser coils to remove heat.
The motor can be replaced but usually with some difficulty.
The motor may run around fiftten to thirty dollars. Most units I have delt with have to be re wired also so if you have trouble doing any of this, I would get an estimate from someone.

What are some badasss jazzy upright bass songs?
I pretty much hate jazz music, but I have heard a couple of cool songs with upright bass (double bass) as the main part which sounds really cool. Can you guys give me a couple of the song names and who they are by because it sounds kickasss.
There's a classic called 'So What' by Miles Davis i think the double bass player on their is Paul Chambers there's a lovley bass introduction in that piece.
