Why does my jeep seem to kick from the rear when i release the clutch?


There is a bad jerk from the rear when i release my clutch and the transmission gets power. I've cheked the transmission mounts, the driveshaft, u-joints, and searched for anything broken but with no luck.

can a 1971 14 hp BS engine w/front and rear pto that runs driveshaft be used to build a log splitter?


a log splitter is usually a simple hydraulic pump driving a platform toward a wedge. You will need a lot more than a PTO, but that could be a start.
