Spaz Stix Spaz Stix holographic paints and color shift paints - still available or out of business?
I recenty discovered some amazing special effect paints designed for radio controlled cars and other vehicles. The holographic paint is really eyepopping, as are the multiple color change paints, glow in the dark colors, and the anodized metals. I've contacted Spaz Stix directly from info on their website, but so far no answers. I read in a blog they have terrible customer service. I've tried a number of online hobby shops that carry it but most are out of stock. Any ideas on where I can get some to play with? And is there another paint line that is just as good and easier to get?
Tamiya seem to still do the Flake Paint for Polycarbonate body shells. That changes colour as the light catches it. Spray the inside of the shell, it goes on clear, over spray with the black over coat and out comes the colour just like magic. Most of the on line model shops carry Tamiya paints.
