most of the people i know agree that caterpillar engine is better than detriot. can somebody tell me why and what are te differences between the two?
I know some people who have had a bad experience with Detroit diesel motors. I personally like the 671 Or the 6V71 Detroit. But if i had the choice between a 671 or a 3306 Cat it would have to be the Cat. Also to the guy above my most O/O that i know don't repair stuff on their motors. This guy i know has rebuilt his motor twice and it's a DETROIT, it doesn't even have 250,000 miles on it.
