Upper Plate
I just got my first upper plate and there gagging me to death...any tips on how to get used to them?
I work in a dental office and this happened once the lady just had to put it in and leave until she couldnt stand it and eventually she did get used to it or you could have the dentist trim the length of the denture toward the throat sometimes that will help with gagging but it also affects how well it stays in so try to overcome the gagging first and if you absolutely cannot then have it shortened so you can wear it .
