Given: A circular shaped object with an inner radius of 15 cm and an outer radius of 29 cm. There are three forces (acting perpendicular to the axis of rotation) whose magnitudes are
12 N, 24 N, and 13 N acting on the object. The force of magnitude 24 N is 25degree below horizontal.

Find the magnitude of the net torque on the wheel about the axle through the center of the object. Answer in units of Nm.
